What a fabulous stay!We were a social group of 7 who had the best time. Plenty of space to both interact and have some quiet space.Absolutely loved the dogs, horses and chooks.We hope to come again next year.
GeorgiaOur stay was incredible. Beautiful property, clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Vanessa was lovely and accommodated an early check in and out which was so appreciated. They left us fresh baked bread, eggs from the form and a really lovely card. We feel so refreshed after the weekend and hope to stay here again some day.

DanWe recently visited Coolamon Station with our three little ones (6, 4 and 3) and we had the best time. The kids didn't want to leave! From waking up to the slower country pace to roasting marshmallows around the fire in the evening, Coolamon Station is the perfect place to relax, unwind and reset. The kids loved the daily runs to feed all the animals (chickens, cows, horses and pigs including three of the cutest piglets) and roaming free around the shed - and especially loved the buggy ride with Vanessa around the farm - as did my wife with Vanessa's stories! We had some family visit while we were down there and there is so much room for everyone in the shed that it never felt cramped even with two families with kids. The kitchen is perfecly equipped to cater for large groups and the shed is kept very neat and tidy and pretty much looks like new. We will definitely be visiting again!
MarinaThe most picturesque place you’ll visit. It was so peaceful and plenty of things to do and see and relax. Everything is curated beautifully and laid out so well. Our large family had the most amazing time at the Woolshed. The proximity to the beach and shops are great and you still feel like you’re in your own oasis. Vanessa is a great host & communicator! We absolutely loved our visit and can’t wait to visit again. Everything is well thought out and the amenities are great! It’s got everything you need. The animals & out door games were a big hit for our family. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend!

FionaWe had a fun & relaxing 4 night stay at Coolamon Station. With 3 generations of family, the location was a perfect fit for us to come together and celebrate a special birthday. Nature walks and bike rides, farm animal visits , night torch walks, creek swims and plenty of space to just kick back and relax. The little ones had an absolutely ball. We have all taken away some beautiful memories of this magic place with the most wonderful hosts. We will visit again 🙏🏼 Fi & Paul
Chiou SeeHad our 3 grand children under 3 years whilst the parents hung out with their friends at Cabarita. Easy access to shops (10 - 15 minutes). Kids love the accessibility ramps for their little scooters and place was well set up for large group entertaining. Our organisation ran an industry workshop at Coolamon Station recently and were thoroughly impressed by the venue and service received. The team were very attentive and accommodating of our needs, whilst the venue has an authentic charm and is set in picturesque grounds. The combination of first class service, stunning location, tranquil setting and purpose built venue resulted in this being the perfect space for the workshop.

We loved our stay at Coolamon Station. We hosted an athletic camp and Steve and Vanessa were incredibly accomodating. The property is spotless and beautiful. The surroundings are insane - from natural creeks and farm animals to mountains & rolling hills. We were also super impressed that the accomodation was actually really cool even though it was summer. Michael Lloyd28/06/2026We had a delightful family getaway at Coolamon Farm. Large living space allowed for quiet reading, kids games and places to eat and chat. Loved that the kitchen is well equipped and had more thank enough crockery and cutlery for a family of 10. The place is definitely accessible-ramps are wheelchair friendly, accessible bathroom and commode. It is hard to find a place that ticks all those boxes for a large family break. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of the countryside and being in nature. Kids loved seeing the farm animals and playing in the creek. Will be back. 💕Posted on Google

The accomodation was first class and it was just so peaceful. It was exceptionally clean and everything we needed was provided.. None of us wanted to leave. Surrounded by rolling green hills and friendly farm animals, it’s peaceful yet close to cabarita Beach and Murwillumbah. We loved the fresh farm eggs, stunning mountain views, and warm hospitality. It’s the real deal when it comes to farm stays – authentic, peaceful, and full of those little touches that make all the difference. As someone who loves a good home reno, I’ve got to say – hats off to the owners. You can tell they’ve poured a lot of love and thought into the place. It’s beautifully done – the kind of space that feels warm, welcoming and stylish without being overdone. They’ve nailed the balance between comfort and character. The kids were in heaven – roaming freely, playing with the animals, exploring creek walks, and roasting marshmallows by the bonfire under a sky full of stars. From the amazing fresh bread and eggs on arrival to the endless games, space and quiet for the family, we all had the most relaxing and wholesome time away. This place is a must for family's wanting to ditch the tech (although there is wifi) and enjoy fires, walks in the creek and feeding the animals. We all agree we would like to be back yearly to this beautiful place. And a special shout out to Vanessa, Steve and Uncle Jay, you were all so friendly, down to earth and just lovely to have met and spent time with. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou. Laura Hughes16/07/2025Have recently stayed at Coolamon Station for the second year in a row. What an absolutely amazing place! The space is HUGE and the cottage accommodation is gorgeous. Went with another family, and more than enough space. Kitchen is huge and well equipped, and the firepit a huge hit. Even in Winter the kids loved paddling in the creek and we went on many a bushwalk led by Muddles. We were able to feed the animals daily, and kids and our dogs were in their absolute element. Vanessa, her husband and Uncle Jay so accommodating and hospitable. Will be back next year! Thanks so much for another lovely stay xxLoad more
